Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, including:

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  2. Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. If you opted for an exchange, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible.
