  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 10-15 business days via DHL or FedEx. Shipping fee: $12.95.
  • Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50, delivered within 15-25 business days via EMS.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy, we offer a hassle-free returns and exchanges process within 15 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition.
  • In its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to hygiene and customization reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Lab Coats
  • Print Scrubs
  • Print Tops

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us: Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for the return or exchange. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and further instructions.
  2. Package the Item: Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories.
  3. Ship the Item: Send the package to the address provided by our customer service team. Be sure to include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. If you opted for an exchange, we will ship the new item to you as soon as possible.
